What is a "Spirit Team"?
One of the most frequent requests I get during intuitive readings is: Who is on my Spirit Team? People want to know the energetic beings that are supporting them. Since it's such a hot topic with my 1:1 clients, I thought I'd take the summer newsletters and dedicate them exclusively to filling you in on your own Spirit Team.
What is a "Spirit Team"?
You’ll often hear me say the term, “Spirit Team” when I’m on live calls and classes, but you may be wondering what it means. When I say “Spirit Team,” I’m referring to the collective of energy (Spirit) that is helping to guide you. This collective is here to:
- Share wisdom with you
- Help you get a better perspective
- Give guidance when asked
- Be your overall back-up in this life
Everyone’s Spirit Team is different—because we are all on our own unique journeys. Later in the series, we will dive deeper into how to work with your Spirit Team, but keep this in mind—you may work with everyone available to you or you may just feel drawn to a few.
There's no one right way to work with your team. However and whomever you choose to work with is totally up to you. In the coming days, I am going to dive into who is available to work with you—and who tends to be in everyone’s collective, whether they work with them or not. Then we will jump into how to create a connection with them.
Who could you possibly connect with on your Spirit Team? Here’s a short list of who could be on your Spirit Team (note—this list isn’t the end-all, be-all, but it’s a start):
- Angels
- Spirit Guides
- Animal Spirit Guides
- Ascended Masters
- Crossed-Over Loved Ones
- Ancestors
- Elementals & Nature Guides
It's a pretty diverse group of energies and each one has a very unique and specific role they play. When you know who is on your team, you can connect with them more fully and really build a lasting relationship. (You wouldn't call a plumber to fix an electrical problem, just like you wouldn't call on an a crossed-over loved one, when you really need a spirit guide!)
There are so many different energetic beings that make up your Spirit Team. I'll be talking about each kind over the summer, explaining who they are, what they do and how to work with them.
Right now, though, I want to hear from you: Have you worked with your Spirit Team before? Do you know who’s on your team? Who is your go-to support for when thing get rocky? Let me know—I’d love to hear about your experience and any questions you have about your Spirit Team!
